Modifications to Rakmart Websites

User Submissions

Contributors agree that Rakmart reserves the right to not publish, edit for clarity or SEO, correct spelling and grammar, or remove any contributed content at Rakmart’s sole discretion. Rakmart has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism and may ban authors who knowingly submit plagiarized work.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Rakmart with respect to the subject matter hereof. The law of the State of Minnesota shall govern, construe, and enforce all rights and duties of the parties. All lawsuits arising from or relating to these Terms of Use shall be brought in the Federal or State courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Modifications to These Terms of Use
Rakmart may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change these Terms of Use from time to time. Rakmart will post notice of such changes on the applicable site. Continued use of the Rakmart Websites following notice of any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement and agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
