Warranty and Return


At Rakmart our goal is always to provide our customers with high quality products at competitive prices. Customer satisfaction is always our number one goal. All the items that we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Our professional Customer Support Team is at your service any time — we make sure to ship your order within 3 to 8 business days after it has been processed.

Our 30-day returns warranty starts from the date you receive our product. If you have any problem with the item, please feel free to contact us immediately. Our customer support team is available Monday through Saturday, 7am – 8pm Central Standard Time.

Warranty Process

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in your ticket all the details of your order, such as your order number, SKU number, or the product name. Then kindly follow these steps:

Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem and show the item’s outer packaging.

Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return procedure — please ship the item immediately upon receiving our instructions.

Warranty Compensation

Items under the 30-day warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team. We will allow a return for a refund and/or an exchange as long as the item is unused or unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging.

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping, or resend a replacement item at our expense.

Return Costs

Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us with the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.

Return Policies

Customer must return the package as per our instructions and to the shipping address indicated on the return instruction.

Customers must cover the shipping fee for returning the package.

Packages must be sent only after the Customer Support Team has authorized the return.

Packages sent back without authorization or not according to our instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.

Warranty Exceptions

Items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges, or replacements include all apparel listed under underwear/women’s intimates, swimwear, clearance, or any discounted products.

If you receive the wrong item, contact our customer service team immediately, describe the item received, and ask for return authorization.
